Ron Chaimovski

Mr. Chaimovski has extensive experience as an executive CEO/Chairman and has a track record of raising capital both in Israel and the U.S. Ron currently serves as the CEO of Fedora Security (formerly The Argyle Global Group). From 2013-2015, he was Chairman of Israel Government Tourist Corporation. From 2010-2013, he was Chairman of Israel Natural Gas Lines (INGL), a government-owned company, which was founded to establish and operate a network of natural gas pipelines throughout Israel. From 2004-2010, Ron held various executive managerial positions within the physical electronic security arena (residential, commercial and governmental sectors), including as Co-Founder and CEO of Argyle Security and executive Vice Chairman of Electronics Line 3000. Ron is the Co-Founder of Transplan Enterprises, a family owned hi-tech, real estate and passive investment company. He served as Israel’s Economic Minister to North America (1998-2001), where from New York, he headed Israel’s trade and investment initiatives, focusing on technology, hi-tech, security and other high-growth sectors. Ron was a Managing Partner of a Tel Aviv-based law firm (1990-1998), specializing in business and corporate law. A Naval Academy graduate, Ron served as a Naval Officer (1978-1983), commanding a combat flotilla. Ron holds bachelors (LL.B) and masters degrees (LL.M) in Commercial and Corporate Law from Tel Aviv and London universities.

From 2000-2011, Chip was Chief Security Officer (worldwide) for the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon), a global leader in the financial markets. Chip retired from the United States Secret Service after 24 years of service. He held a variety of supervisory investigative and executive protection positions in field offices and headquarters of the USSS, culminating with his appointment as Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office, the Service’s largest and busiest office. Chip is a co-founder of Fedora Security and serves as a Director of Action Target. He was a Founding Director of Argyle Security and also serves on various not-for-profit boards and advisory boards. Mr. Timmons was, until 2013, a Senior Law Enforcement Professional, having served for over 25 years with the Metropolitan Police Service in London, the majority of the time as a specialist Scotland Yard Detective. Peter Dowling recently concluded a thirteen year career as Managing Director, Operational Risk Management, for AXA Equitable, a worldwide insurance giant. He was responsible for assessment and mitigation of the firm's operational risk and also ran company operations in the areas of business continuity, crisis management, information security, privacy, physical security, records management, and risk and insurance. Pete served as Chairman of the Bankers and Brokers Roundtable, a group of the chief security officers of the world's twenty largest financial services firms with a collaborative platform for sharing of best practices in the ever challenging New York City security environment. Prior to his time at AXA, Pete enjoyed a twenty-six year career with the United States Secret Service in a variety of executive positions, most notably as Special Agent in Charge of the Washington Field Office. He also ran the Liaison Division, as the Secret Service’s global external representative. Pete served in the Intelligence Division and on the Vice Presidential Protective Division. He was the agent in charge of the protection detail for Presidential candidate, Gov. William Clinton, and later joined the senior management team of the Presidential Protective Division. Prior to joining the Secret Service, Mr. Dowling served with the Ocean City (MD) and Montgomery County (MD) Police Departments. Pete served as Chairman of the Bankers and Brokers Roundtable, a group of the chief security officers of the world's twenty largest financial services firms with a collaborative platform for sharing of best practices in the ever challenging New York City security environment. Prior to his time at AXA, Pete enjoyed a twenty-six year career with the United States Secret Service in a variety of executive positions, most notably as Special Agent in Charge of the Washington Field Office. He also ran the Liaison Division, as the Secret Service’s global external representative. Pete served in the Intelligence Division and on the Vice Presidential Protective Division. He was the agent in charge of the protection detail for Presidential candidate, Gov. William Clinton, and later joined the senior management team of the Presidential Protective Division.
