Mr. Marbut has extensive experience as CEO/Chairman/President/COO of 11 companies, eight of which he founded or co-founded, ranging in size from startup to Fortune 500, both public and private, both U.S. and international, from investment grade to highly leveraged. They include: Hearst-Argyle Television, Harte-Hanks Communications, Argyle Television and, over the past 13 years, various security businesses (Argyle Security, Electronics Line 3000 and SecTec Global ). Bob currently serves as the Chairman of Fedora Security (formerly The Argyle Global Group). His focus has been on building companies and management teams — through both organic growth and acquisitions, including direct involvement in over 100 acquisitions, divestitures, IPO’s, LBO’s and public/private capital raising transactions. Bob has served on over 15 corporate boards — from startup to mature, from family to Fortune 15, from highly leveraged to investment grade, both in the U.S. and overseas, covering 25 business sectors — including Valero Energy Corporation (Chairman, Compensation Committee), Tupperware Brands (Presiding Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee) and Ultramar-Diamond Shamrock (Audit Committee Chairman). Bob holds a BIE from Georgia Tech and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard.
Mr. Timmons was, until 2013, a Senior Law Enforcement Professional, having served for over 25 years with the Metropolitan Police Service in London, the majority of the time as a specialist Scotland Yard Detective. Clive, who has unique leadership experience across all areas of security threats – particularly in the areas of Serious and Organized Crime and Counter Terrorism – has led some of the most significant investigations in the UK over the last ten years. Many of these experiences involved his working nationally and internationally with law enforcement, military and intelligence agencies. This experience led to his appointment as Operational Commander for the first multi-agency, all-threat and hazard intelligence center for the London 2012 Olympics. Clive was Security Director for Tesco, a UK retailer, and currently is Security Director for Novartis – a global healthcare company. Clive holds Masters in Criminal Litigation, (LL.M) City University London.
Mr. Yaron Tchwella is a Hi Tech executive with more than 30 years of experience serving in various president and CEO roles in global Hi-Tech publically traded companies in the areas of security, telecom and IT. In his capacities Mr. Tchwella led companies with over $1B in revenues, thousands of employees and global business in over 130 countries.Mr. Tchwella led the closure of large contracts with governments and enterprises by developing credible and trustful relationships with Presidents, Ministers, Head of Intelligence units, Police commissioners and CEO’s around the world.Between 2011 and 2014 Mr. Tchwella served as the President of Security Group at NICE Systems Ltd. (“NICE”), a leader in intelligence and physical security solutions to enterprises and governments.Between 2008 and 2011 Mr. Tchwella served as CEO and member of the board of Blue Phoenix Solutions Ltd. (“BPHX”) a leader in IT modernization.Between 2007 and 2008 he served as the president of Comverse Inc., (today “MSG”) a leader in value added services and billing solutions to telecom providers. Between 2003 and 2007 he served as the President of Comverse Inc.’s entire messaging business. Between 1997 and 2003 Mr. Tchwella served as VP services, Americas and VP R&D of the messaging solutions.Between 1984 and 1997 he held engineering and managerial positions at Advanced Technology Ltd., known today as Ness Technology.Mr. Tchwella received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Tel Aviv University and took the Executive Management Program at the University of Virginia-Darden.
Rear Admiral (ret.) Yochay Ben Yosef served in the Israeli Navy during the years 1976- 2009. He held various senior command positions including Head of Naval Operations, Commander of the Northern Naval arena in which he was in charge of defense and security of the northern seaboard. He was also the Director of Naval Operations and other command positions in the missile boats and in the Patrol boats fleets, and was the Israeli Naval Attaché in Washington D.C. Since 2009 he has been engaged as a senior consultant in the field of Homeland Security. Rear Admiral Ben Yosef has B.A in Economics from Bar-Ilan University and EMBA from the Recanati school of Business at Tel Aviv University.
Gen. Clark is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wesley K. Clark & Associates, a business services and development firm. He concurrently serves as Chairman of UGR, an investment bank and consulting firm located in Washington DC. Wes also serves on numerous boards in the energy, security and technology space, including, oil, gas, wind, solar and communications. With 38 years of experience in the U.S. Army, he retired as a Four-Star General. During his military career, Wes served as Supreme Allied Commander of NATO and Commander-in-Chief for the United States European Command, and as the Director of the Pentagon’s Strategic Plans and Policy operation. Wes is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and was a Rhodes Scholar at the Magdalen College at the University of Oxford.
